Annual Town Meeting is Tuesday March 13, 2012. Voting on the school budget and town officers and land use articles takes place during the day from 11am to 7:00pm in the Lower Hall of the Fitzwilliam Town Hall.
The business meeting, where voting on the money articles for the town happens, begins at 7:00pm after the polls close and continues until all business has been transacted. The business meeting takes place in the Upper Hall of the Town Hall.
This year, all registered voters will be checked in by ballot clerks before entering the upper hall for the business meeting. Only those registered voters will be able to vote during the business meeting. You may register to vote between the hours of 11am and 7:30pm on March 13, 2012.
