2008-2009 Budget Committee Meeting

Revised budgets handed out: Emergency Mgt., Planning/ZBA, Police, Animal Control, Library, Warrant Article for Library, Revised Budget Worksheet and 2009 Final Budget Worksheet.
S. Hagstrom advised that W. Wright was recording this meeting.
Village Water District 7:03pm
Frank Bequaert
F. Bequaert handed out a revised Warrant and Budget for the Village Water District. He explained that he reviewed some issues that were brought to his attention at the
01-15-2009 meeting with the DRA and amended his warrant and budget accordingly.
Article #7 on original Warrant has been removed. The “surplus” actually just had to be put back into the Capital Reserve.
$2000.00 in original budget removed from revised budget because money has already been appropriated. This changes Article #6 and figures on budget from $45,300.00 to $43,300.00.
S. Hagstrom asked if there were any questions regarding the revised warrant and Budget for the Fitzwilliam Village Water District. There were none. S. Hagstrom suspended the Meeting.
Public Hearing/Village Water District
S. Hagstrom opened the Public Hearing for the Fitzwilliam Village Water District at 7:07pm. He asked if there were any questions and/or comments about the proposed Warrant and Budget. There were none. S. Hagstrom closed the Public Hearing at 7:08pm.
S. Hagstrom reopened Budget meeting at 7:09pm.
M. Nolan made a motion to accept the Warrant and Budget for the Fitzwilliam Village Water District as presented on January 22, 2009. B. Thomas 2nd the motion. Vote to accept was unanimous, 7-0.
Budget Committee members signed budget for the Water District. H. Wood to make copies for F. Bequaert to post and send original to DRA.
Village Water District complete at 7:12pm

F. Wilkinson reviewed Capital Projects and Explanation 2009 sheets with committee. There was some discussion on The Fullam Hill Road project.
