Kathleen and Jerry Ferracamo application to paint exterior of home located at 97 Lower Troy Road, Map 15, Lot 9, Residential and Historic Districts.
Mrs. Ferracamo brought photos of her home and paint chips of the proposed color scheme. They plan to paint the house ‘cottage’ red with white trim. Commission members agreed it was a good choice.
Mrs. Ferracamo said there are breaks in the stone wall that runs around the property allowing animals and children to leave the yard, which puts them at risk so close to the road. She asked the Commission if it was all right to fill the gaps with a white post and rail wooden fence, with a gate at the driveway. They agreed that would look fine and is appropriate. The application was amended to reflect the request.
McHugh moved, Yon seconded and the Commission approved the application as proposed and amended.
Mr. Yon will take the Community Revitalization Tax Relief Incentive information to the Selectmen for their consideration and comment.
Commissioners reviewed minutes of January 10, 2008. Guild moved, Walling seconded and the Commission approved the minutes as written.
