Members attending: John Fitzwilliam, Brian Luddy, and Reuel Walling.

Brian Foucher, WiValley, and the Fitzwilliam Forum Technology Committee application to construct a wireless transmitter to provide high speed wireless broadband service to Fitzwilliam residents on property located on Upper Troy Road, Map 15, Lot 6-3, Rural/Historic District.
Commissioners reviewed the proposal, noting the tower will be 70-80 feet tall. Luddy felt the application was not complete.
Walling moved, Luddy seconded and the members voted to take the site walk scheduled on October 21, 2008 at noon. They continued the meeting to October 23, 2008 at 4 PM.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:22 PM.
