Public Meeting
November 13, 2008
Members attending: John Fitzwilliam, Lottie Guild, Brian Luddy, Eileen McHugh and Reuel Walling.

Commissioners reviewed the Bonnie Wicklund application to replace windows and clapboards on her home located at 92 Route 119W. The original application dates from January 3, 2007, but work was begun prior to an approval. However, the work is in compliance with the Historic District Guidelines. The Commissioners would like to see the color selected prior to painting the exterior.
Walling moved, Luddy seconded and the Commissioners voted to approve the application for window and clapboard replacement.
The Commission reviewed the minutes of the October 23, 2008 meeting. McHugh moved, Walling seconded and the Commission voted to approve the minutes as written.
Discussion regarding the inventory of pre-1900 homes was continued to the next meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:26 PM.
