Public Meeting

Members attending: John Fitzwilliam, Ken Beckwith, Lottie Guild, Eileen McHugh, and Reuel Walling.
CTO: 4:05 p.m.
Mark and Deb Daniels application to construct a deck and walkway in front of their home, located at 112 Rhododendron Road, Map 15, Lot 3-4, Rural and Historic Districts.
Commissioners reviewed the application, noting the house was built in 1980. The deck and walkway will not be very visible from the road, especially in the summer.
McHugh moved, Beckwith seconded and the Commissioners approved the application as presented.
Minutes. Commissioners reviewed minutes of the May 14, 2009 meeting. Guild moved, McHugh seconded and the Commission approved the minutes as written.
McHugh moved, Beckwith seconded and the Commissioners voted to adjourn the meeting at 4:16 PM.
