Members attending: John Fitzwilliam, Ken Beckwith, Lottie Guild, Eileen, Reuel Walling, and Carmen Yon, Selectmen’s representative.

Mark Daniels application to paint his home located at 112 Rhododendron Road, Rural and Historic Districts.
Mr. Daniels submitted paint samples for his house on Rhododendron Road, Map 15, Lot 3-4, and the Commission reviewed them. Walling moved, Beckwith seconded and the Commission approved the color chosen.
Minutes. Commissioners reviewed minutes of the August 13, 2009 meeting. Walling moved, Beckwith seconded and the Commission approved the minutes as written.
New business. There was discussion about authorization for a paint change to the former Arlene Rich home. It has been painted white. The owner did not seek Historic District Commission approval. Commissioner decided that since the color has already been changed and the painting is finished, they will not pursue it further.
Guild moved, Beckwith seconded and the Commissioners voted to adjourn the meeting at 4:18 PM.
