Approved subdivision regulations amendments
To be reviewed July 19, 2005
Subdivision of Land:
Amend Article V, Section 221-19 B. Insert the following sentence after the first sentence of this paragraph: “Mylars for subdivision plats are to be supplied and signed at the time of subdivision approval.”
Amend Article VI, Section 221-22. Character of Land. Add the following sentence as a third paragraph: “Frontage provides functional access from the road to the building site without extreme modification of terrain or wetlands.”
