Dear Parents of 2010 Summer Rec Campers,
This year’s Summer Recreation Program begins on Monday, July 12th and runs through Thursday, August 12th. The program runs four days a week, Monday through Thursday for five weeks, from 8:00am to 3:00pm with pickup time between 3:00 and 3:15pm. The cost is $100 only if you register by June 30th, which includes all field trip fees. After June 30th, the cost goes up to $125. Be an early bird and save $25 per child! If your kids have been part of the program in the past, you know what a great program it is! If your kids will be new to Summer Rec, they’re going to have a blast! We keep them busy all day long with outdoor activities, such as kickball, four square, knockout, basketball, tennis, volleyball, capture the flag, just to name a few of their favorites. We offer daily arts and crafts as well. It’s a well structured day, but not too structured that they feel like they are still in school! We take field trips to Gap Mountain, Canobie Lake and Edward Mac Dowell Lake for swimming. Transportation costs are part of your registration fee. Call the Rec Department if you have any questions!
We have a terrific group of counselors once again this year, with 5 of them having worked for Summer Rec before. I am looking forward to another great summer with your children!
