BOARD MEETING MINUTES
February 19, 2003
Selectmen Present: Mrs. Knight and Mr. Clukey
Mrs. Knight, Mr. Clukey and Mrs. Thompson attended the public hearing in Troy at the elementary school regarding the status of clean-up at the Troy Mills landfill.
Mrs. Knight convened the meeting when the selectmen returned from the public hearing in Troy at 9:20pm.
The selectmen would like Mrs. Thompson to call SFC and ask why the work to prepare the bid documents was an extra charge. It would appear that our contract included this.
The selectmen reviewed the letter from Monadnock Disposal.
We received the invoice for our audit and it is $600 less than anticipated.
