BOARD MEETING MINUTES
October 13, 2003
Selectmen Present: Mrs. Knight and Mr. Clukey
Selectmen Absent: Mrs. Silverman
Mrs. Knight opened the meeting at 8:45
PRIMARY:
*** DISCUSS BID RECEIVED FOR 1969 MACK FIRE TRUCK: We
received an offer in the amount of $2000 from Harry Damon for the
purchase of the fire truck. Mr. Clukey moved to accept this bid on the
1969 Mack Fire Truck. Mrs. Knight questioned if he was going to remove
this vehicle. Mrs. Thompson stated that this is being removed as is. Mrs.
Knight amended this motion to state that we accept this offer and vehicle
is sold as is to be removed within a week. Mr. Clukey seconded, the
motion passed 2-0.
There being no further business, at 8:50 AM, Mrs. Knight made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Clukey seconded and the motion passed 2-0.
