Selectmen Present: Tom Parker and Nancy Carney
Selectmen Absent: Susan Silverman
At 7:00pm, Mr. Parker convened the meeting.
PRIMARY:
*** SIGN PAYROLL AND CHECK MANIFESTS – The selectmen signed the payroll and check manifests.
*** REVIEW AD FOR HEALTH OFFICER – The selectmen reviewed and approved the advertisement for a health officer that we will share with the town of Swanzey.
*** REVIEW EMAIL FROM RESIDENT – The selectmen reviewed this email from Travis Eaton complementing them on a great town meeting and commenting that it was nice not to have a prayer prior to the beginning of the business meeting, as has been done in the past.
*** LETTER FROM DRA RE: DATA COLLECTION REVIEW – The selectmen discussed this letter received from Jim Gibney regarding his review of some of the properties that our assessor has listed last year.
*** REVIEW/SIGN LETTER TO DWINELL – The selectmen signed this letter.
*** REQUEST FROM TOWN CLERK TO APPOINT DEPUTY – Mr. Parker made a motion to appoint Denise Nolan as deputy town clerk, seconded by Ms. Carney and passed 2-0.
*** VACANCY FOR PLANTE MEMORIAL PARK COMMISSIONER - The selectmen would like a list of all vacancies for all offices, elected and appointed and will act on them at a later time.
*** REQUEST FOR EXTENSION ON INTENT TO CUT – The selectmen approved this request for an extension. We will send a letter to the logger.
*** DETERMINE MARKET VALUE FOR LAND COMING OUT OF CURRENT USE – The selectmen will act on this matter next week.
*** PERSONNEL REQUEST FOR DAYS OFF – Ms. Thompson is requesting two days off. Mr. Parker moved to approve, Ms. Carney seconded and passed 2-0.
*** “LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION MEETING” IN KEENE MARCH 29TH - The selectmen will discuss this next week and decide who might wish to attend.

There being no further business, at 8:30pm, Mr. Parker made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Ms. Carney and the motion passed 2-0.
