BOARD MEETING MINUTES
February 2, 2012
Selectmen Present: Mrs. Silverman, Nancy Carney and Mr. Doerpholz

At 6:40m, Mrs. Silverman made a motion to go into non-public session to discuss personnel, Mr. Doerpholz seconded and the motion passed 3-0. Roll Call vote: Mrs. Silverman – yes, Ms. Carney – yes, Mr. Doerpholz – yes,
At 6:50m, Mrs. Silverman made a motion to leave non-public session and seal the minutes, Mr. Doerpholz seconded and the motion passed 3-0. Roll Call vote: Mrs. Silverman – yes, Ms. Carney – yes, Mr. Doerpholz – yes
Mrs. Wood said that the town was approved to do boat registrations but Interware, the company the town uses to interface for vehicle registrations, dog licenses etc, is not set up with the State to handle boat registrations yet. Mrs. Wood said that the town can go directly through the State using their MAPS program if the selectmen vote to allow that and that way she can begin registering boats immediately. Mr. Doerpholz made a motion to allow the town to use the State of NH MAPS system for boat registrations, Mrs. Carney seconded and the motion passed 3-0.
There being no further business, Mr. Doerpholz made a motion to adjourn at 6:57pm, Mrs. Silverman seconded and the motion passed 3-0.
