Selectmen Present: Susan Silverman, and Brian Doerpholz
Selectmen Absent: Nancy Carney
At 7:00pm, Mrs. Silverman made a motion to convene the meeting, Brian Doerpholz seconded, the motion passed 2-0.
PRIMARY:
*** SIGN MANIFESTS: Mrs. Silverman moved to approve the manifest, the motion was seconded by Brian Doerpholz,
the motion passed 2-0.
8:00 MEET WITH JANE WRIGHT, TAX COLLECTOR:
At 8:00pm Mrs. Silverman made a motion to go into non-public session, Mr. Doerpholz seconded and the motion
passed 2-0. Roll Call vote: Mrs. Silverman – yes, Mr. Doerpholz – yes
At 8:15pm, Mrs. Silverman made a motion to leave non-public session and seal the minutes, Mr. Doerpholz
seconded and the motion passed 2-0. Roll Call vote: Mrs. Silverman-yes, Mr. Doerpholz – yes
*** BUILDING PERMIT – TAX MAP 15 LOT 10-02: Mrs. Silverman moved to approve, the motion was seconded by
Brian Doerpholz, the motion passed 2-0
*** DETERMINE MARKET VALUE OF LAND BEING REMOVED FROM CURRENT USE
- TAX MAP 06 LOT 36-01: As a result of a lot line adjustment this lot no longer meets the requirements. Mrs. Silverman moved to assess this at $21,000, the motion was seconded by Brian Doerpholz, the motion passed 2-0.
*** NON-PUBLIC SESSION – ELDERLY EXEMPTION APPLICATION
At 7:15pm Mrs. Silverman made a motion to go into non-public session, Mr. Doerpholz seconded and the motion
passed 2-0. Roll Call vote: Mrs. Silverman – yes, Mr. Doerpholz – yes
At 7:25pm, Mrs. Silverman made a motion to leave non-public session and seal the minutes, Mr. Doerpholz
seconded and the motion passed 2-0. Roll Call vote: Mrs. Silverman-yes, Mr. Doerpholz – yes
*** REQUEST TO USE TOWN HALL FOR SQUARE DANCES: Mrs. Silverman feels that we could allow them to use
the Town Hall for one dance and see how it goes. The rental of hall is $45.00. They will have to pay the police to
open the hall and close, they will have to pay for the benches to be moved.
*** COPY OF WETLANDS APPLICATION - TAX MAP 37 LOT 11: Reviewed
*** EDUCATION COMMITTEE MEMBERS: Susasn Rolke is concerned that there have been very few members at the
last few meetings. We will send them a letter thanking them for their service and ask them to please contact us if
they wish to continue to serve on this committee.

There being no further business, at 8:55 pm, Mr. Doerpholz made a motion to adjourn, Mrs. Silverman seconded and the motion passed 3-0.
