Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM
Minutes: The Board reviewed the minutes of the March 27, 2007 meeting. Several clarifying changes were made. Wittenborg moved, Porter seconded and the Board approved the March 27, 2007 minutes as corrected.
Terms of office: Terms of office for Roberts, Wittenborg and Filipi expire in May 2007. Roberts, Wittenborg and Filipi agreed they would serve if reappointed. The Board of Selectmen will be informed.
Conferences: Roberts presented two opportunities for members of the ZBA to attend further training sessions. The OEP conference is on April 28th and Roberts and Filipi plan to attend. The session sponsored by Hinsdale is scheduled for May 5th and Porter will attend; Wittenborg, Ernst, Wood and Davis will check their schedules.
Mr. Flynn did not arrive for his hearing, nor was new information received that would enable the Board to act tonight. Wittenborg distributed minutes of the Site Walk conducted on March 31, 2007 to Board members. Those minutes are a part of this record. Filipi moved, Porter seconded and the Board voted to continue the hearing for Case # 07-03, William Flynn’s application to encroach on setbacks with a shed, to May 8, 2007 at 7:30 PM.
The meeting was adjourned at 8 PM.
