Attending: Jane Roberts, Gretchen Wittenborg, Cathy Davis, Steve Filipi and Susan Wood (Alt) Absent: Jack Ernst
Meeting called to order by Chairman Roberts. She reported that Case 08-03 would need to be postponed until Tuesday, May 27th at 7pm due to an error in the date on the notice to abutters. The date in the notice read Monday, May 13th instead of Tuesday, May 13th.
Upon further investigation the same date error was in the notice to abutters for Case 08-04 Robert & Joan Wolfe appeal and that was postponed until May 27th so that the abutters can be re-noticed.
Minutes from the 4/18/2008 meeting: Cathy Davis made motion to accept as written, seconded by Steve Filipi. Unanimous vote in the affirmative.
Election of Officers: Jane agreed to serve for one more year as chairman. She noted that we need to get 2 more alternates appointed to the ZBA. Gretchen offered to fill in as chair in any large cases such as the “tower” type case.
Gretchen made motion that Jane be elected as chairman, seconded by Cathy Davis. Unanimous vote in the affirmative.
Cathy Davis made motion to elect Gretchen Wittenborg as the Vice Chairperson, seconded by Steve Filipi. Unanimous vote in the affirmative.
Attendees of the OEP meeting discussed the sessions attended.
Gretchen Wittenborg moved to adjourn at 7:55pm, Cathy Davis seconded. Unanimous vote in the affirmative.
