Meeting Minutes
November 10, 2005
Members attending: Terpstra, Fitzwilliam, Fletcher, Guild, O’ Brien and Walling. Terpstra called the meeting to order at 4:05 PM.
Public Hearing: Carolyn Edwards application to replace windows and siding on the front of her home located at 26 Richmond Road, Map 32, Lot 23, Residential/Historic District.
Commission members reviewed the application, noting that eight double hung windows will be replaced on the front of the house, using simulated divided light, wooden 2/2 windows. They noted that street side siding is also being replaced with cedar clapboard, which will be painted in the spring.
Fitzwilliam noted that the existing windows are in fair condition and could be repaired.
Guild moved, Fletcher seconded and the Commission voted to approve the application to replace the windows. Fitzwilliam abstained.
Minutes: Terpstra moved, Fletcher seconded and the Commission approved the minutes as written.
The Commission adjourned at 4:15 PM.
