The Commission reviewed minutes of past meetings:
June 14, 2007 - Luddy moved, Guild seconded and the Commission approved the minutes as written.
August 16, 2007 - Luddy moved, Walling seconded and the Commission approved the minutes as written.
September 13, 2007 - Luddy moved, Guild seconded and the Commission approved the minutes as written.
September 27, 2007 - Luddy moved, Walling seconded and the Commission approved the minutes as written.
The Commissioners reviewed the draft design guidelines with the following comments:
Lot 32/08 is not on the list of historic district properties.
Pictures should be placed near the applicable narrative.
Eliminate text in logo to be used as cover design.
Omit pictures 7, 9, 12, 16, 19.
They discussed captioning and placing remaining pictures. Thanks Eileen for photography.
There was a brief discussion of need for a historic district amendment to current ordinance to reflect changes in state legislation. An amendment will be drafted.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 PM.
