Selectmen Present: Mrs. Knight, Mr. Clukey, and Mrs. Silverman
Mrs. Knight convened the meeting at 7:00pm.
PRIMARY:
7:15pm MEET WITH LENNY DISALVO – NON-PUBLIC SESSION PERSONNEL
At 7:15 PM, Mr. Clukey made a motion to go into Non-Public Session
under RSA 91 A:3 II (a). Mrs. Silverman seconded the motion. The
motion passed 3-0. Roll Call Vote; Mr. Clukey – yes, Mrs. Knight – yes, Mrs.
Silverman – yes.
At 7:35 PM. Mr. Clukey made a motion to go out of Non-Public Session
under RSA 91 A:3 II (a). Mrs. Silverman seconded the motion. The motion passed 3-
0. Roll Call Vote; Mr. Clukey – yes, Mrs. Knight – yes, Mrs. Silverman – yes.
At 7:35 PM, Mr. Clukey made a motion to go into Non-Public Session

8:00 MEET WITH CHIEF BRUCE NEWTON – NON-PUBLIC SESSION PERSONNEL
At 8:00 PM, Mr. Clukey made a motion to go into Non-Public Session
under RSA 91 A:3 II (a). Mrs. Silverman seconded the motion. The
motion passed 3-0. Roll Call Vote; Mr. Clukey – yes, Mrs. Knight – yes, Mrs.
Silverman – yes.
At 8:40 PM. Mr. Clukey made a motion to go out of Non-Public Session
under RSA 91 A:3 II (a). Mrs. Silverman seconded the motion. The motion passed 3-
0. Roll Call Vote; Mr. Clukey – yes, Mrs. Knight – yes, Mrs. Silverman – yes.
· REVIEW LETTER FROM JEANNINE WHARTON: This is with regard to the intersection at Rockwood Pond Road and people parking there while waiting for the bus. She feels that this is causing a visibility problem. The board feels that Chief Newton needs to look into this situation and maybe he can contact the bus company to determine if there is a place such as meadowood hall that they can get the bus. The board feels that Chief Newton needs to speak with Mrs. Wharton to determine what the situation is.
· REQUISITION FOR TRAINING: This is training Sean Cavanaugh is interested in going to.

At 9:25 PM, Mr. Clukey made a motion to go into Non-Public Session
under RSA 91 A:3 II (e). Mrs. Best seconded the motion. The
motion passed 3-0. Roll Call Vote; Mr. Clukey – yes, Mrs. Knight – yes, Mrs.
Silverman – yes.
At 9:30 PM. Mr. Clukey made a motion to go out of Non-Public Session
under RSA 91 A:3 II (e). Mrs. Silverman seconded the motion. The motion passed 3-
0. Roll Call Vote; Mr. Clukey – yes, Mrs. Knight – yes, Mrs. Silverman – yes.
*** Waste Management Contract: The monthly rental is increasing from $105 to $125, there is a $7 per ton
increase . We had asked for a proposal for them to run the facility, they have not submitted this information.
** ZBA: Mr. Morey was denied, that dwelling is in a flood plain. The board felt that this would jeopardize the
flood insurance.
