BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Selectmen Present: Tom Parker, Susan Silverman & Nancy Carney

Mr. Parker opened the meeting at 7:00 PM
PRIMARY:
*** SIGN MANIFESTS:
*** ABATEMENT APPLICATION: XARRAS MAP 10 LOT 47: This application was received on March 7. This is after
the deadline. Mrs. Silverman moved to return this application due to the fact that this was received after the
deadline
*** REQUEST FROM ZBA TO APPOINT MEMBERS: Jack Ernst and Cathy Davis terms are expiring. Mr. Parker
moved to re-appoint these two members, the motion was seconded by Mrs. Silverman, the motion passed 3-0
*** UPDATE ON MAP 34 LOT 29: They have been referred to the Planning Board. We will have Avitar inspect.
*** UPDATE ON WHERE THE GENERAL GOVN’T BLDG BUDGET STANDS WITH OIL EXPENDITURES: We
started receiving deliveries from Webber. This is $1.00 more than what we were paying previously. Mr. Parker
would like Mrs. Thompson to shop around and see if there is anyone that is lower.
*** LETTER FROM SLAVICS RE: BUILDING ON HILL: Mr. Slavic is requesting the assessment on his abandoned
building be cut in half. He stated that they have removed the electric poles to this building. Sean Green looked at
this previously and reduced it. Mrs. Silverman would like to ask Sean Green if removing the poles reduces the
value.
*** COPY OF LETTER FROM DOT RE: DRIVEWAY COMPLAINTS – FITZWILLIAM POST OFFICE: This was sent to
the owners of the property that they need to fix this.
*** STATE OF NH DRA – REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE IN STATEWIDE MOSAIC PARCEL MAPPING: The board
will review
*** INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS IN SERVING ON 250TH BIRTHDAY PLANNING COMMITTEE: Vicki Fisher and
Linda Tolton would like to serve on this.

*** INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS IN SERVING ON ECONOMIC COMMITTEE: Craig Alley and Susan Gray would like to
serve on this committee
*** DECIDE ATTENDANCE SOUTHWEST REGION PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 3/29/11: Mrs. Thompson
will attend.

Mrs. Silverman moved to adjourn at 8:30 pm the motion was seconded by Mr. Parker the motion passed 3-0.
